Nelson: the newest server in the rack

So after much fiddling and (re)compiling, I'm happy to announce the new web server setup is only a few tweaks away from completion.

Nelson's running a custom compiled Apache 2.2 + mod_proxy_balancer + mongrel. A detailed write-up will follow.

I'll be moving over some of the Rails projects to Nelson soon, but first, we sleep.
