Barcamp Ghent is today

In case you didn’t know, Barcamp Ghent is in full swing at the moment, and will last till around 17:00 tonight.

I’ve seen Thomas prepare the event for some weeks now and he has gone to amazing lengths to make it successful.

IBBT is sponsoring the event by hosting it, providing catering, buying network gear and allowing Thomas to spend a generous amount of his working hours on organizing it all. They’ve sponsored and hosted some Drupal community events in the past too, and were equally generous on those occasions.

Sadly I won’t be able to be there today, and I know what I’m missing out on. Again some evil powers have plotted against me and foiled my attempts to meet Kris in person. I shall start brooding on a new plan to get in touch with him. It will be pure genius.
