DrupalcampParis is coming up next Saturdays.
Some, if not all of the krimsonians are heading over, joined by other members from the Belgian Drupal Community.
I’ll be discussing: Internationalization (i18n) and localization (L10n), How to get started with jQuery and Working with international (non-profit) organizations.
Internationalization (i18n) and localization (L10n) and to what extent they’re supported/facilitated in Drupal 5 and 6. I’ll introduce the localization client and server and talk a bit about how they’re used.
How to get started with jQuery in Drupal – an entry level talk for beginning Drupal themers with little or no experience, and absolute zero jQuery knowledge.
Working with international (non-profit) organizations: some lessons learned regarding planning, communication, decision making processes and cultural differences. I’d love to see this turn into a group discussion to see how others are dealing with these kinds of projects.
Time permitting, a demo of a large multisite, multilingual project. I’ll showcase the design and talk about some technical problems and innovations.
See you there!
